1. What should I pack and avoid in my carry-on bag?
Ans. A collapsible water bottle [of the size of 3.4 ounces (100ml) or less] to keep you hydrated throughout, daily medications, your phone charger, important documents like wallet, passport, and flight tickets, valuables, a source of entertainment, say gadget, book or magazine, and a satisfying snack are some of the items one shall not forget to carry in the carry-on luggage.
Liquids weighing more than 3.4 ounce, scissors, sports equipment, tools, gel candles, lighters, etc. are some of the goods one shall never carry in the carry-on luggage.

2. What kind of documentation do I need while traveling abroad?
Ans. Following documents are required to be kept if you are traveling abroad-

a) Your passport (which should be valid for at least 6 months from your travel date),
b) A valid Visa for the country you are visiting. A Transit Visa may also be required if you are transiting for more than 12 hours.
c) It is recommended to carry valid Medical & Travel insurance when traveling, whether domestically or internationally.
d) Confirmed both sided air tickets. A one-way air ticket will be accepted only if the traveler is a student or working professional, or dependent on the working professionals.
e) Proof of accommodation / Hotel Booking,
f) Forex card/ Foreign currency is advisable to carry rather than your debit/credit cards. This can let you avoid currency conversion fees abroad.

3.  Is travel insurance mandatory?
Ans. A few countries like Austria, Belgium, Cuba, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey require compulsory travel insurance but it isn't required in every country. Though it is always advisable to get the insurance to have the protection of trip cancellation benefits.

4. What services do you offer?
Ans. Some of the services provided by our company are flight booking, hotel booking, bus booking, cab booking, holiday packages booking, cruise booking, tour planner, personal trip advisor, guide, and other travel services.

5. Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?
Ans. You have the option to pay at the hotel. The terms and conditions of the hotel will also be considered. If it requires a deposit, it will be mentioned on the overview page of the hotel. However, some hotels may perform a pre-authorization check on your credit card as an additional guarantee. Once the credit card has been validated, the reserved amount will be released.

6. I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
Ans. The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is mentioning your email address incorrectly. Hence, it is advisable to double-check your email address before finalizing your reservation. There can also be certain cases when our confirmation email may end up in your 'spam folder'. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to 
contact@pockettraveling.in.

7. What activities are permissible on ‘Tourist’ visa?
Ans. Tourist Visa is granted for visiting the other country for recreations, sightseeing, casual visit to meet friends and relatives, etc. No activity other than the aforementioned is permissible on a Tourist Visa.

8. Does booking online cost me more?
Ans. No, not at all! Booking online doesn't cost you more whether you talk about bus tickets or hotel booking. The price of the bus ticket is the same as charged by the bus operator. The hotel price is also the same or even discounted at times depending on the season/time.

9. What kind of cars do you provide on your all Inclusive Tours?
Ans. We provide all kinds of cars, the allotment of which depends upon the customer requirements (like the number of customers, their budget, and certain other factors). At the least, we provide air-conditioned sedan and mini cars for 2-3 persons, SUV and MPV for 4-5 persons, and minibus and private bus for a larger group. We provide luxury cars too if the customer demands.

10. Hotels of what rating are offered by you?
Ans. You need not worry about the hotels; we have linked up with the standard ones. Our hotels are rated by API (Application Programming Interface). We offer customized hotels as per the customer requirements.
